Q: Caregiver of LGBTQ+ Community Member Focus Group

To participate in the Caregiver of LGBTQ+ Community Member Focus Group, you must: ✔️ Be 18 years or older ✔️ Live in Miami-Dade County, Florida ✔️ Be the primary caretaker/parent/guardian of a child, older adult, or person with a disability who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community

Q: Healthcare Providers, Local Government, and Community-Based Organizations

To participate you must: ✔️Be 18 years or older ✔️Provide services to LGBTQ+ community members in Miami-Dade County, Florida

In CommUNITY is a research study focused on promoting better health and well-being for LGBTQ+ people of every age throughout Miami-Dade County, FL. Recognizing that LGBTQ+ individuals often face significant hurdles in accessing healthcare and can experience adverse physical and mental health outcomes, our mission is to tackle these issues head-on.

You can help by taking a survey or participating in a focus group and telling us about your experience accessing healthcare and social services. The information you share will be kept confidential.

To participate in the LGBTQ+ Community Focus Group, you must:

✔️ Be 18 years or older or if under 18 years old, have parental/guardian consent
✔️ Live in Miami-Dade County, Florida
✔️ Identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community
